小倩表示自己第1次要去机场接待客户,非常紧张,都不知道面对客户到时候会不会哑口无言。怎么办?

我想,这是多好的锻炼机会啊,有些领导还不一定会给新人这样的机会接触自己的客户呢。消除紧张的办法很简单,就是提前准备,先去网上查找接待客户的流程,可能会用到的接待英语,把它们记录下来,或者整理好打印出来,去接客户之前先在脑海里过一遍流程,对着镜子多练几遍。出发前一天再跟领导确认一遍需要注意的事项,牢记在心,再去接客户就胸有成竹了。

与客户沟通,一定要有利他思维,优秀的销售从来不讲自己卖什么,只讲自己能帮客户解决什么问题;优秀的销售善于展示个人价值,在产品同质化时代,他们都是先卖自己,跟客户建立粘性;优秀的销售会给足价值预期客户,他们在关系不到位的时候绝不报价,在铺垫没做足前绝不谈优惠。
